You may pay telephone, and city bills at the Eagle bank,
or pay directly to the utility companies.

Where are schools located ?

West Central Schools have an Elementary School located in Elbow Lake
and a secondary school located at Barrett.
Students are picked up in town on the side street by the school memorial.
